Mint Aesthetics + Wellness is a modern medical spa and wellness clinic located at 5283 Competition Drive in Bettendorf, Iowa, serving patients across the Quad Cities and the surrounding 45-minute regional area. Mint was founded by Dr. Sanjay Sundar, MD (Medical Director) and Rachel Sundar, RN (Founder), who built the practice around a single belief: wellness and aesthetics belong in the same building, under one team. The clinical team includes Nurse Practitioner Nikki Goff, DNP, and aesthetician Lori Caruso. Office operations are led by Brooke Tucker.

Mint offers bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), peptide therapy, medically supervised weight loss, aesthetic injectables including Botox and dermal fillers, EZGel biostimulator treatments, facials and skin treatments, body sculpting through CoolSculpting and CoolTone, ketamine infusion therapy, and injectable vitamin therapy including B12 and immune-boost injections.

Traditional hormone replacement therapy often uses synthetic hormones in standardized doses. BHRT (bioidentical hormone replacement therapy) uses hormones chemically identical to the ones your body already makes, dosed and adjusted based on your labs and your symptoms. At Mint, every BHRT and TRT plan is built around what your body actually needs, not a template.

No referral needed. You can book your initial wellness consult directly through our online booking system or by calling us at 563-800-6468. We will discuss your symptoms, your history, and your goals, then order labs based on what came up in the conversation.

A 45 to 60 minute conversation with Dr. Sundar or with Nurse Practitioner Nikki Goff covering your energy, sleep, weight, hormones, mood, history, and what you want to feel like in six months. biometric analysis with the InBody scale is also included as a part of this initial consult.

Both. Our patient mix is close to 50/50 men and women. Men typically start with testosterone replacement therapy, peptide protocols, or weight loss programs. Many men also benefit from aesthetics products and services as well. Healthy skin is not just for the ladies.
Women often come in for BHRT, weight loss, or aesthetics, and find the comprehensive approach helps them look and feel amazing.

Yes. We see wellness and longevity patients virtually by phone or Zoom. In-person care for injectables, body sculpting, and facials is provided at our Bettendorf clinic.

Wellness care at Mint is cash-pay, with select labs that may be billable through your insurance. We can help you understand what is and isn't insurance-eligible during your consult. Payment flexibility and financing is available through Cherry and CareCredit. Many of our wellness products and services can also be paid for through an HSA or FSA.

The initial wellness consult is $125. If labs are warranted, initial labs typically run $50 to $350 depending on what's ordered, and may be covered by insurance. Monthly memberships for TRT start at $200 and BHRT memberships start at $80, both inclusive of clinical care. Aesthetic pricing varies by service and is listed in our online store.
