What Is a Wellness Consult?
A wellness consult at Mint is a real conversation with Dr. Sanjay Sundar MD or Nikki Goff NP about your energy, your sleep, your weight, your hormones, your history, and what you actually want to feel like in six months.
It is not a 15-minute appointment where someone fills out a checkbox and prescribes you something. It is a 45 to 60 minute conversation and biometric analysis with the InBody scale that end with a clear plan and lab orders based on what you actually need, not a template.
You've Been Handed a Diagnosis Without any Real Conversation
You've gotten 15 minutes with a doctor, a quick basic panel, and a prescription. You've been told your labs are "normal" while you feel terrible. You've been handed a referral to a specialist when what you needed was someone to look at the whole picture.
A wellness consult is the conversation you've been trying to have. Your provider listens first. Your labs and protocol come second.

What Our Patients Actually Say
A Real Conversation Before a Any Prescription
Mint was built on a single belief: you cannot write a wellness plan that works without first listening to the person you're writing it for. Dr. Sanjay Sundar, MD and Rachel Sundar, RN built the practice to give Quad Cities patients an alternative to the 15-minute appointment.
Every wellness consult at Mint includes time to actually talk through your symptoms, your history, and your goals. Lab orders are personalized. Biometric tracking is built in. And Rachel openly shares the same education process through the Ask Nurse Rachel YouTube channel for anyone who wants to learn before they book.
